We are Saber and Chiara, two personal trainers based in Moorgate, Hoxton and Elephant & Castle. In our years of experience we have worked with a variety of clients, from total beginners who wanted to start lifting in the gym to advanced athletes who wanted to improve their performance for their sport specific events. We are also certified nutritionists and can support individuals with a variety of goals, from weight loss to muscle building and performance, using a science based approach that cuts through the noise of nutrition information.
