HOW TO USE THEM

For bag work, 12-14oz gives you a balance of speed and protection. For sparring, move up to 14-16oz depending on your weight and your partner’s. Always pair with hand wraps — the dual-strap closure works best when there is a wrap underneath holding your knuckles in position first.

A dual-strap closure only works as well as what’s underneath it. Wrap your hands properly before putting these on — the strap stabilises the wrist joint, but it’s the wrap that protects your knuckles and metacarpals on impact.
