My classes are centred around Yin Yoga, a slower-paced practice that allows you to spend longer in each posture, creating space to release tension, improve flexibility, and unwind from the demands of daily life. Alongside the physical practice, I incorporate pranayama and meditation to encourage mindfulness, relaxation, and a deeper connection with yourself. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and experience. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can slow down, move at your own pace, and take time for both your body and mind.
