I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer. I have always had a love for the movement and what the body can do. I particularly enjoy working with people to help them move well, understand their bodies, overcome their barriers and unlock their potential. I focus on helping people build their strength, improve alignment, and connect with their bodies. To deepen my knowledge in human’s body mechanisms, I also qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and Dynamic Reformer Instructor. Functional movement is at core of my session, I believe that foundation of our body should be strong and stable in order to progress and improve over time.
